Swedish firm Skanska invests $70M in a sustainable Prague apartment project, set to complete in 2027.
Skanska, a Swedish construction company, has invested about SEK 700 million in a new residential project in Prague called D.O.K. Radlice. The project includes 177 low-energy apartments across three buildings, with one being the largest wooden residential building in the Czech Republic. Construction starts in June 2025 and is set to be completed by 2027, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency.
