Brighton and Hove start recycling plastic pots, tubs, and trays to boost city recycling.

Brighton and Hove now allow recycling of plastic pots, tubs, and trays like yoghurt pots and margarine tubs. These items can be added to kerbside recycling along with plastic bottles, tins, cans, paper, and cardboard. The city aims to expand recycling to include food and drink cartons and aluminum foil soon, according to Deputy leader Tim Rowkins.
