Marian Van Hoek has been named the new Managing Director of BASF Canada, starting July 1, 2025. She previously served as the company's general counsel and chief compliance officer. BASF Canada is a subsidiary of BASF SE, a major chemical company. Van Hoek has a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.
