Judge accused pregnant mom of getting pregnant to evade prison for smuggling case.

Judge Dean Kershaw accused Tanya Parker, a mother of four, of getting pregnant to avoid prison during a court hearing in Birmingham. Parker and her husband, David Bradley, were convicted of smuggling steroids, phones, and tobacco into a prison in 2019. Parker, six to seven weeks pregnant, avoided jail time and was sentenced to community service and rehabilitation, while Bradley received a suspended 24-month sentence with similar requirements.
