US companies have achieved record office leasing in India, with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) leading the growth. Since 2022, US firms have accounted for 34.2% of all office leasing in India, a 16% increase in volume. Bengaluru is the top destination, followed by Hyderabad and Delhi NCR.
