Convicted killer Michael Bell faces lethal injection in Florida for murders committed in 1993.

Michael Bernard Bell, 54, is scheduled for lethal injection on July 15 at Florida State Prison for the 1993 murders of Jimmy West and Tamecka Smith outside a Jacksonville bar. Bell, mistaken in his target, was seeking revenge for his brother's murder. The execution, signed by Governor Ron DeSantis, would make it the eighth this year in Florida. Bell was also convicted of three other murders.
