Coffin makers in Vadodara work tirelessly to prepare over 100 coffins for victims of Air India crash.
In the aftermath of the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, which killed 241 people, mostly young medical students, coffin makers in Vadodara are working tirelessly to prepare over 100 wooden coffins. Volunteers from the local Christian community, led by Ardesh and Melvyn Rajwadi, have completed 25 coffins so far and are using their own funds to ensure the coffins are made without charging extra. The coffins are being crafted with special care due to the emotional weight of the tragedy. The IMA has also appealed for additional support for the affected students from B.J. Medical College.
