An 18-year-old was charged with manslaughter after a high-speed crash killed a 45-year-old driver in Virginia.
An 18-year-old woman, Wania Mussarat Shaikh, was charged with involuntary manslaughter after a deadly car crash in Woodbridge, Virginia.
The incident occurred on May 27 when Shaikh, driving more than double the speed limit in an active work zone, collided with a car attempting a left turn, killing the 45-year-old driver, Seema Rizvi.
Shaikh was arrested and is being held without bond.
