In a bizarre incident in South Carolina, a 53-year-old man was chased by police for over an hour while driving a tractor excavator at 3 mph. The chase ended when the excavator got stuck on the Charleston County Fairgrounds property. After attempting to flee on foot, the suspect was captured by a police dog and drone. He was charged with failure to stop for a blue light and two counts of malicious injury to real property and is held on a $22,000 bond.
