The leader of Plaid Cymru, Rhun ap Iorwerth, has accused the UK government of betraying Wales by reclassifying the £6.6 billion Oxford to Cambridge rail project as an England and Wales project, which means Wales will not receive additional rail funding. The Treasury claimed it was a "publishing error."
