A 297-hectare grazing property in Queensland was sold for $3.3 million at auction.
A 297-hectare grazing property named "New Deer" in Western Downs, Queensland, was sold at auction for $3.3 million, or about $11,111 per hectare.
The property, located north of Dalby, includes flat grazing land with woodlands, capable of supporting 100 cows, 150 cattle, and 200 goats.
It features 12 paddocks, steel cattle yards, water from dams and bores, and a five-bedroom homestead with regional views.
The auction was managed by Colliers Agribusiness.
