Kenya's MP Otiende Amollo threatened to impeach former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua again, aiming to bar him from holding any public office. Amollo criticized Gachagua's remarks on post-election violence, which he claims promote ethnic division and undermine national unity. Under Article 75(3) of the Constitution, Gachagua could be disqualified from ever holding public office if impeached.
