Teen arrested after evading police in car chase, crashing, and fleeing on foot in Nebraska.

An 18-year-old from Grand Island was arrested after a high-speed chase and a three-hour search in western Lancaster County. The chase began when a trooper tried to stop the teen for driving a Toyota Rav4 without license plates. The teen fled, crashed into a ditch, and escaped on foot. Authorities, including the Nebraska State Patrol and Lincoln police, found the suspect in a wooded area. He was charged with flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, and other violations.
