North Charleston police have released surveillance photos of a suspect who attacked and attempted to kidnap a female jogger on Ingleside Boulevard on May 28. The suspect, seen in photos taken near a construction area, grabbed the jogger from behind and tackled her to the ground before fleeing. Police are urging anyone with information to call their tip line at 843-607-2076, and joggers to remain aware of their surroundings.
