23andMe, a genetic testing firm in bankruptcy, is back on the auction block with a new bid from its co-founder Anne Wojcicki. Initially set to sell to Regeneron for $256 million, 23andMe is now seeking higher offers after Wojcicki proposed $305 million through her nonprofit.
