Generate, a New Zealand KiwiSaver scheme, won a Gold Award for its impact investment in the Willard Street development, completed in 2023. The project, a collaboration with Community Finance and Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust, replaced 26 old bedsits with 35 modern homes. This investment aims to improve New Zealanders' lives while offering fair returns to KiwiSaver members.
