Volusia County deputy resigns after arrest for using fake motorcycle license plate, "CHASEM3."

Erica Muzzy, a Volusia County deputy in Florida, resigned after being arrested for riding a motorcycle with a fake license plate reading "CHASEM3." She was initially stopped for an obscured plate and had previously argued with another deputy. Muzzy was charged with possession of a counterfeit plate, and the sheriff's office is also investigating a social media account showing reckless riding by her.
