A man died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds and a young girl was injured at Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow, Ireland. The girl did not require hospitalization. The shopping centre was evacuated, and emergency services remain on-site. The Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal team was called to the scene.
