Man damages ancient terracotta warriors at Xi'an site, investigation underway.

A 30-year-old Chinese man, identified only by his surname Sun, damaged two ancient terracotta warriors at the Terracotta Army site in Xi'an by jumping over barriers and into a restricted pit. Sun reportedly has mental health issues, and he pushed and pulled the 2,000-year-old statues, causing damage. The incident is under investigation, and the site, a UNESCO World Heritage site, remains open to the public.
