Shareholders sue DoubleVerify and Digimarc over alleged financial misstatements and concealment.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against DoubleVerify Holdings and Digimarc Corporation, alleging false statements and concealment of important information affecting their financial performance. Shareholders who invested in DoubleVerify between November 10, 2023, and February 27, 2025, and in Digimarc between May 3, 2024, and February 26, 2025, may be eligible for compensation. Investors have until July 21, 2025, for DoubleVerify and July 8, 2025, for Digimarc, to join the lawsuits.
