Driver arrested for DUI manslaughter after crash killed two teens, injured another in Roanoke, Va.

A 48-year-old man, Reynaldo Diovanis Hinojosa Mayan, was arrested and charged with DUI manslaughter after a head-on collision in Roanoke, Virginia, that killed two teenagers and critically injured a third. The crash occurred when Mayan, driving a Jeep Wrangler with a blood-alcohol content over twice the legal limit, hit a Chevrolet Cruze. The driver of the Chevrolet sustained minor injuries. Mayan faces two counts of DUI manslaughter and one count of DUI.
