Highway 34 in Manitoba's Pembina Valley has been named the worst road in Canada for 2025, according to the Canadian Automobile Association's (CAA) annual Worst Roads Campaign.
The highway, which has appeared on the list six times since 2012, is troubled by potholes, poor maintenance, and unpaved sections.
This year, 723 roads were nominated, with rural areas dominating the top 10 list.
The CAA urges governments to invest more in road safety and timely repairs.
