Across the U.S., the most frequently misspelled words include "definitely," "separate," "necessary," "believe," and "through." Studies by WordUnscrambler.pro, using Google Trends from January to May 2025, also reveal "protect" as the top misspelled word in Texas and "taught" in Indiana.
