Indian government considers impeachment against High Court judge over cash find at home.

The Indian government is considering an impeachment motion against Justice Yashwant Varma of the High Court due to cash found at his residence. The motion needs support from at least 50 Rajya Sabha and 100 Lok Sabha members and will be introduced during the upcoming Monsoon Session of Parliament. If successful, Justice Varma would be the first constitutional court judge to be removed.
