Three phosphorus pyrotechnic devices, used in a recent military exercise near Milwaukee, have gone missing and could pose a danger. These devices can emit flames up to 2,900 degrees Fahrenheit and red smoke. One device has already been recovered; beachgoers are urged to report any sightings immediately.
