LDA to build 320 cost-rental apartments in Shankill, Dublin, at rates 25% below market.

The development includes a creche, primary school, and neighborhood center, aiming to help those who can't afford private rentals but don't qualify for social housing. The project, due in 2026, also features a new Dart station.
