YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra was sent to 14 days of judicial custody in India on charges of spying for Pakistan. She is one of 12 individuals arrested in a larger investigation into an alleged spy ring. Malhotra was in contact with a Pakistani High Commission staffer who was expelled from India for espionage. No evidence of her accessing defense information or links to terrorism has been found yet. Authorities seized her devices and found 12TB of data, which is under forensic examination.
