Renowned chef Rick Stein plans to open a new seafood restaurant in Sydney’s Coogee, following the acquisition of the Bannisters hotels by Melbourne's Salter Brothers. The menu will feature Stein's signature dishes like Cornish-style fish and chips and scallop pies. Stein and his wife Sarah will visit the restaurant three times a year, aiming to provide warm service to all guests.
