Parents Brenda Gonzalez, 45, and Wilfredo Urbina Delgado, 41, were arrested for felony child neglect after leaving their 7 and 11-year-old children alone in a car while gambling at Bally's Casino in Rhode Island. The children were placed with a family member, and Delgado was held in the Adult Correctional Institution while Gonzalez was released on bail. The police praised the casino's security team for assisting in the case.
