Ex-Ghana infrastructure fund chief pleads not guilty to $2M Sky Train project misconduct.

Former Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) Chairman, Prof. Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, pleaded not guilty to charges involving financial misconduct in a $2 million Sky Train project that was never completed. He and former CEO Solomon Asamoah are accused of causing financial loss to the state and misusing public funds without board approval. The case is part of Ghana's efforts to combat financial malfeasance.
