Woman dies after being hit by two vehicles on Interstate 70 in Missouri.

A 42-year-old woman was fatally struck by two vehicles while walking on Interstate 70 in Blue Springs, Missouri, early Monday morning. She was hit first by a Mazda CX-5 and then a Dodge Ram. The drivers were not injured, but the Mazda was severely damaged. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating, but the woman's identity has not been released. Separately, a hit-and-run occurred on Interstate 435 in Kansas, where a disabled car was struck after an initial crash, causing minor injuries to the driver.
