A wildfire called the Inn Fire, burning over 500 acres in Mono County, California, has led to the closure of U.S. Highway 395 between Lee Vining and State Route 167. The fire started Thursday afternoon and prompted mandatory evacuations in nearby areas, including Mono City. Two evacuation centers have been set up at Bridgeport Memorial Hall and the Lee Vining Community Center. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
