Sex offender arrested near Asheville school, charged with unlawful presence.

A 43-year-old registered sex offender, Lucas Felix Martinez, was arrested by Asheville police after being spotted near a school property. Reports indicated he was rubbing against a fence within 300 feet of the school. Martinez was charged with felony sex offender unlawfully on premises and is being held on a $20,000 bond.
