Georgia's "Commander Butcher" extradited to the U.S. for plotting mass casualty attack in NYC.

Michail Chkhikvishvili, a 21-year-old Georgian national known as "Commander Butcher," was extradited to the U.S. from Moldova and faces charges including solicitation of violent felonies, conspiring to solicit violent felonies, and distributing information on explosives and ricin poison. Prosecutors accuse him of leading the Maniac Murder Cult, a white supremacist group, and planning a mass casualty event in New York City. If convicted, he faces up to 50 years in prison.
