Two men face charges in Singapore for fraud involving forged bids for prison service contracts.
Two men, Tan Sin Liang and Kiew Khie Leong, have been charged in Singapore for procurement fraud involving the Singapore Prison Service.
They are accused of submitting forged quotations to make it appear their companies offered the lowest bids for a project.
Tan, 62, faces one count of forgery, while Kiew, 35, faces two counts.
If convicted, they could each face up to four years in jail and fines for each charge.
