Indian company Juno Joule Green Energy and German firm Select Energy GmbH have signed an MoU to develop a $1.3 billion green hydrogen and ammonia plant in Andhra Pradesh.
The project aims to produce 180 KTPA of green hydrogen by 2029, converting it into one million tons of green ammonia for export annually.
The facility, set to begin construction in 2026, is expected to create nearly 6,000 jobs and position the region as a global clean energy hub.
