Georgia DNR rescues orphaned bear cubs, after their mother was illegally shot by a homeowner.

Orphaned bear cubs in Pickens County, Georgia, have been safely caught by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) after their mother was shot by a homeowner. The cubs, missing since Monday, were captured in traps set up by the DNR and will be taken to a wildlife preserve for rehabilitation. The homeowner has been charged for killing the bear out of season and cited for violating local rules.
