Daycare worker charged with involuntary manslaughter after toddler's death at North Carolina facility.

A 16-month-old toddler died at Creative Beginnings of Lenoir daycare in North Carolina after going into cardiac arrest. The daycare's license was suspended, and a worker, Alexandra Lee Coffey, was charged with involuntary manslaughter. In another incident, a 59-year-old woman, Mercedes Rodriguez, running an unlicensed daycare in Greensboro, was charged with involuntary manslaughter after a one-year-old in her care died.
