German police arrest five teens linked to a far-right group planning attacks on migrants and political foes.
German police have arrested five teenagers, aged 14 to 18, suspected of involvement in a far-right group called "Last Defense Wave," which aimed to destabilize Germany's democratic system through attacks on migrants and political opponents.
The group, formed in April 2024, allegedly planned arson attacks on homes for asylum seekers and left-wing facilities.
Four of the teenagers are accused of terror organization membership, while two face charges of attempted murder and arson.
German authorities are also investigating three other individuals aged 18 to 21.
The arrests follow a rise in right-wing motivated violence in Germany.
