Remains of missing Russian stuntman Artour Melikov identified in New Zealand after 22 years.

The remains of Russian stuntman Artour Melikov, who disappeared in New Zealand in 2002, have been identified after 22 years thanks to public photo submissions. Melikov, 36 when last seen, was reported missing on September 10, 2002, with his vehicle found near Lake Taupō. Human bones found in January near a Motutere walking track were linked to Melikov through photos showing his distinctive gold teeth and clothing, leading to his formal identification.
