Morgan Haskins arrested in Bertie County with heroin, stolen goods, adding to her larceny warrant.

A 34-year-old woman from Battleboro, Morgan Haskins, was arrested in Bertie County after her car was found in a ditch. She had an outstanding warrant for larceny from Nash County. Authorities found heroin, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property in her car, leading to additional felony charges. Haskins was taken to the Bertie/Martin County jail.
