Two ISIS-linked suspects wanted for making bombs were arrested at Mumbai Airport after hiding in Indonesia.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested two ISIS-linked suspects, Abdullah Faiyaz Shaikh and Talha Khan, at Mumbai Airport after they tried to return from Indonesia. The two were wanted for over two years in a 2023 case involving the fabrication and testing of IEDs in Pune. They were part of a larger sleeper cell of ten individuals charged with conspiring to commit terrorist acts and disturbing communal harmony in India. The NIA has charged them under various anti-terror laws.
