Ottawa police arrest two over stolen plates, finding fake gun, drugs, and stolen IDs.

Ottawa police stopped a vehicle with stolen license plates, leading to the arrest of the driver, Jari Manner, 43, and passenger, Lindsay Gnass-Wetzel, 36. The stop, prompted by an ALPR camera, resulted in the seizure of a replica firearm, drugs, and stolen identification. Both are charged with drug trafficking, possession of stolen goods, and weapons possession, and are set to appear in court in Ottawa later.
