Ex-stepson charged with first-degree murder after 70-year-old victim dies from assault injuries in Skiatook.

A 70-year-old man died from injuries sustained in an assault in Skiatook on May 16. The suspect, identified as 27-year-old Brad Loyd Morgan, the victim's ex-stepson, was arrested the following day and is charged with first-degree murder. Police found the victim unresponsive at around 6:19 p.m. on W. Rogers Blvd, and he later died at a local hospital. The investigation is ongoing, and the victim's identity has not been released.
