The U.S. and the UAE have agreed to allow Abu Dhabi to purchase advanced AI chips from American companies, a move aimed at helping Abu Dhabi become a global AI hub. This agreement, announced by President Trump during his Gulf tour, includes a pledge by the UAE to increase its energy investments in the U.S. to $440 billion by 2035. The deal also includes a $14.5 billion commitment from Etihad Airways to buy American-made Boeing aircraft.
