A 37-year-old man, Joshua Lynn Suit, from Boone, North Carolina, has been arrested and charged with two counts of felony statutory sexual offense involving a juvenile. The incident was reported to the Boone Police Department on April 26. Suit is being held without bond in the Watauga County Detention Center and is set to appear in court on June 30.
