Judge rules against music festivals in London's Brockwell Park, deeming permit approval "irrational."

A High Court judge ruled in favor of a campaigner against music festivals in London's Brockwell Park, stating the decision to grant planning permission was "irrational" as it allowed events for more than 28 days. The Protect Brockwell Park group argued that the large commercial events cause damage to the park. The council and organizers can still appeal to the Court of Appeal.
