The Gus J. Solomon Courthouse in downtown Portland, a 90-year-old historic building, is scheduled to be sold by the US General Services Administration to avoid $76 million in modernization costs. The sale is part of the agency's real estate optimization plan. The courthouse, located at SW Main Street and SW 6th Avenue, will be listed for sale in June.
