NTT Data invests over $10 billion to expand global data center capacity across seven markets by 2027.

NTT Data is expanding its global data center capacity by acquiring land in seven markets across North America, Europe, and Asia to develop nearly 1 GW of new capacity. The company plans to invest over $10 billion by 2027 to meet rising demand for AI and cloud infrastructure. New sites include Hillsboro, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; Milan, Italy; and several locations in Japan, while expanding in existing hubs like Frankfurt, Germany, and Osaka, Japan.
