Ghanaian MP calls for rebranding of anti-corruption bodies as financial crimes allegations surface.

Former Ghanaian MP Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi has called for the rebranding of investigative institutions like the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to restore public trust and credibility, highlighting the need for non-partisan approaches. Separately, the former CEO of Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF), Solomon Asamoah, and the Board Chair, Prof. Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, have been charged with financial crimes linked to a $2 million Sky Train project. Civil servant Mrs. Moses Oluwafunmilayo Esther was also arraigned for forgery and fraud involving her salary and official documents.
